Role Overview

We are seeking an education-focused clinician (MD, DO, PA, or NP) to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for our growing provider network. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and experience in healthcare education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and launch a training program incorporating various multimedia formats to ensure Hone-affiliated physicians adopt best practices in longevity care.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules to enhance the effectiveness of the training.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities.
• Maintain and improve the quality of educational programs by monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategies to improve provider competency and patient outcomes.
• Track the completion of various training activities across the provider network to ensure compliance with our program and maintain high standards of provider quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/clinical degree (MD, DO, PA, or NP) with at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience treating patients in areas such as hormones, weight management, thyroid, menopause, and perimenopause.
• Previous experience in healthcare education, training, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and degree. Benefits include:
