Hone operates fully virtually and remains a remote-first employer. We seek a mission-driven, enthusiastic clinician to lead our provider onboarding and training program.

The Role

We are expanding our provider network, aiming to have over 400 affiliated physicians by 2027. Our goal is to become the leading provider of longevity care in America. This role involves developing and launching a comprehensive training program that integrates various educational formats to ensure our providers can deliver best practices in longevity care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and launch a training program combining video, text, interactive, and other training methods to integrate best practices in longevity care.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance provider competency and patient outcomes.
• Track the completion of various training activities across the entire provider network to ensure compliance with our program and overall provider quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/clinical degree (MD, DO, PA, or NP) with at least 5 years of experience treating patients in relevant areas such as hormones, weight management, thyroid, menopause, and perimenopause.
• Previous experience in healthcare education, training, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail and quality under deadline pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay & Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and degree. Benefits include:
