Physician - Surgery: Oncology

Role: Board-Certified/Eligible Breast Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, specializing in breast surgery within an academic, multidisciplinary breast team. Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive outpatient breast care, participating in high-volume clinics, and collaborating with a team of surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and support staff. Engaging in clinical mentoring, teaching medical students and residents, and contributing to research through clinical trials and the Breast Cancer Research Institute. This position involves a primarily clinical focus with opportunities for future leadership in the breast program. Qualifications & Skills: BE/BC by the American Board of Surgery, fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology, valid AZ Medical License or eligibility, and a desire to work in an academic setting. Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience, but new graduates are considered.
