Position Highlights

Full-time, outpatient only (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)

Immediate patient base with strong referral volume

Team-based approach with no APP oversight responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • MD/DO with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
  • Must live within 20 miles of assigned practice location
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capability to listen and connect with patients for full understanding of conditions and their impact, exhibiting strong customer service skills within the patient care context.
  • Superior ability to communicate skills to establish rapport quickly and convey technical information to non-technical patients.
  • Valid national and state licenses to practice.
  • Board certified in Otolaryngology.
  • Commitment to learning and education, for both self and others.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and basic office IT applications.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to move about freely in typical office settings. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
