About the role

We are seeking healthcare enthusiasts to join our team of dedicated physicians who provide high-quality medical care to our patients. Our goal is to build the best primary care environment for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all physician care generally provided at a family practice or managed care facility.
  • Actively manage all aspects of patient care while on shift.
  • Supervise and direct the center’s other clinical staff (Medical Assistants, X-Ray Technicians, etc.).
  • Collect biological specimens and process them in the laboratory for testing.
  • Ensure that all charts and medical records are accurately completed in a timely manner; and adhere to all clinical policies and procedures.
  • Deliver care appropriate for centers with a multicultural patient population.
  • Elicit detailed patient histories and conduct complete physician examinations.
  • Reach diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests and referrals, etc., as well as counsel patient and family on health and disease.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Valid unencumbered license to practice the profession
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; must maintain active certification throughout employment
  • Current active Federal and State DEA License
