Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care as a hospitalist
- Create and track quality metrics for the hospital medicine program
- Teach house staff and medical students
- Ensure completion of learner evaluations and annual performance evaluations for all hospitalists
- Participate on the Medical Executive Committee of the hospital
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine by ABIM
- Five years experience as a hospitalist
- Excellent clinical medicine, leadership, communication, and teaching skills
