Physician - Rheumatology

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, treating complex multisystem rheumatic diseases.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Work at main and south campuses, with opportunities to care for offsite Indian Health Services and rotate on inpatient consults.
• Maintain a patient volume of 8-10 patients per 4-hour session, up to eight sessions weekly with administrative half days.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.D./D.O. degree, BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
• Ability to obtain Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and teaching skills, with a focus on complex rheumatic conditions.
