Physician Recruiter

About the role

Provides physician and/or advanced practice provider recruitment for designated specialties as needed. This includes responsibility for candidate pre-screening and appropriate follow-up for physician/APP candidates in designated specialties.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen physician and advanced practice provider candidates
• Conduct appropriate follow-up for candidates in designated specialties
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and maintain database information
• Create marketing tools such as flyers and brochures
• Work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Develop alternative solutions to problems and analyze data
• Prepare clear, concise, and grammatically correct written documents (reports, letters, memoranda, etc.)
• Independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks
• Work after normal business hours as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum 5 years total in a professional business setting)
• Minimum of 3 years direct recruiting experience
• Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment-related experience preferred
• Business, sales, pharmaceutical, educational, or other healthcare recruitment experience considered
• Knowledge of healthcare recruiting and healthcare operations
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment administration, including report preparation and database maintenance
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay

$33.36 - $43.36 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Shift 1 (may require working after normal business hours)
