Physician Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Dentist recruitment
• Possessing prospect candidates using the internet, journals, database sourcing, and cold calling
• Conducting on-campus presentations and social events at dental schools
• Screens candidates and schedules interviews with the hiring manager
• Enters all information and tracks the candidate into company database
• Develops partnerships with educational institution Career Centers
• Maintains a flow of candidates
• Effectively screens and assesses qualified candidates
• Engages in other initiatives and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time on-site in our downtown Chicago (River North) office
• Open to overnight travel for travel to on-campus recruiting events
• Graduation from a Bachelor’s degree program
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
