Physician Recruiter

Employment Type: Full time, Day Shift

About the Role

Directs all activities related to physician recruitment for all SJRMC entities and SJPN, including monitoring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, contracting and hiring, on-boarding new physicians, and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related area of graduate study preferred.
• Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator desired.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment, and/or physician practice management.
