Physician - Primary Care - Warrenton

About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice at Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU. CMH is a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority. CMH has proudly served the healthcare needs of the community for over a century.

Responsibilities

• Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Provide clinical care within the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic in Warrenton.
• Devote 100 percent of your time to patient care as an OHSU Clinical Associate.
• Enjoy a great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient-only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule.
• Light phone only call rotation is shared among the group.
• The acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
• This is a full-time, hospital-employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.
• Integrated Cerner EMR platform is utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
• Four (4) hours per week of dedicated Administrative time.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, etc.).
• MD / DO
• Able to obtain Oregon Medical License
• DEA
