Duties

• PRACTICE IN THE AREA OF PRIMARY CARE SPORTS MEDICINE

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible to obtain state medical license
• Completed a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine residency program
• Completed Sports Medicine fellowship
• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine
