About the role
Successful Candidate must have completed a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program, along with a Sports Medicine fellowship.
Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
