Physician - Primary Care (Extended Hours)

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations, including managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and routine screenings. Collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain accurate electronic health records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in community outreach and stay current with medical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered primary care across all ages
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage chronic illnesses
• Perform wellness visits and screenings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough electronic health records
• Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-focused care and relationship building
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred but not required for new graduates
