About the role

Deliver high-quality adult primary care through structured telemedicine workflows, including video consultations and asynchronous patient interactions. Focus on clinical decision-making by leveraging AI-enabled tools that reduce time spent on documentation and administrative tasks. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary subspecialist network to provide comprehensive, end-to-end patient care. Contribute to building clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes within a fast-growing, early-stage healthcare startup. Work in a flexible, fully remote environment with defined schedules and strong operational support systems that streamline non-clinical responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Some telehealth experience

Pay

$180K – $200K + significant equity
