Responsibilities
- Manage refill centers, handling over 70% of refills
- Utilize ambient listening to reduce documentation time
- Dedicate LPN Care Coordinators to closing care gaps
- Offer Ochsner On-Call to reduce call burden
- Implement remote messaging Nurses to manage in-basket messages
- Assign Outpatient Care Managers for complex patient management and social determinants
- Support digital medicine for chronic condition management
Requirements
Commensurate with experience and training.
Qualifications
- Medical degree
- Board certification in Primary Care
- Experience in primary care settings
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
