Physician Practice Supervisor 2

Position Overview

Absorbs responsibility for all operations of the office, including maintaining provider, patient, and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

About the Role

The Supervisor II level of responsibility includes managing more than 17 direct reports, overseeing more than six (6) providers, handling RVU’s greater than 20,000, or supervising a teaching practice or multiple locations.

$30.58 - $45.86 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Graduate or equivalent Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.
• PREFERRED: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

License/Certification

• Minimum Required: Not Applicable
• PREFERRED: Current driver’s license
