Physician Practice RN
Protects, promotes, and optimizes health and abilities, prevents illness and injury, and alleviates suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response. Advocates for the care of individuals and families while ensuring compliance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act, UHS Hospitals and Nursing Division policies, ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the Bill of Patient Rights. Promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care.
This position is associated with multiple locations: UHS Primary Care in Newark Valley, NY and Candor, NY. The successful candidate may be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Expectations will be clarified during the interview process.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current NY State RN license.
- Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with evidence of proficiency in areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a walk-in, primary care, or specialty care setting (preferred).

Pay
$33.63 - $50.45 per hour, depending on experience.
