Physician Practice RN
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting, supporting Healthcare Providers and office staff in the coordination and delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Triage and care disposition of patients
- Assisting Healthcare Providers as needed
- Facilitating care transitions
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting
- Preferred previous experience in an outpatient setting
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current NY State RN license
- Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days employment
