Physician - Per Diem Primary Care

About the role

Per Diem – as needed for clinic coverage in Thomaston or Litchfield area. Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, no weekends, flexible start and end times. No call.

Responsibilities

• Primary Care for adult (18+) patients in an outpatient setting

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

Practice environment

• EPIC EMR + Dragon + Ambient AI integration
• Fully integrated care model (Behavioral Health + Care Management)
