About the role
Join a growing team consisting of 1 physician and 1 advanced practice provider. Mainly inpatient-based practice with hospital consults throughout the 72+ bed Children's Hospital. Pediatric epilepsy monitoring unit located within the Children’s hospital. Well-established pediatric team including 65+ pediatric sub-specialists. Sanford Medical Center is a designated comprehensive stroke center, level 1 trauma for adults and the only level 2 pediatric trauma unit.
Practice Details
Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Neurologist/Epileptologist to join our expansive pediatric specialty team at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota who would mainly work in the inpatient setting doing Children’s Hospital consultations as well as reading inpatient and outpatient EEGs.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Neurology
- Experience in pediatric epilepsy management preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice medicine in North Dakota
- Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program in Pediatrics
