Physician - Pediatrics Gastroenterology

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our division, offering opportunities in clinical care, teaching, research, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient clinic care with an average of 8 patients per half day
• Performing procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, esophageal dilation, polypectomy, and small bowel capsule endoscopy
• Participating in teaching and mentoring pediatric residents, fellows, and medical students
• Sharing unrestricted night call with colleagues (1:4)
• Engaging in research, quality improvement, community outreach, and administrative activities
• Utilizing EMR system Cerner and Telemedicine resources
• Collaborating with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Arizona medical license
• Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Commitment to clinical excellence and teaching
