Ochsner Health – Pediatric Radiology

We're seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Radiologist to join our dedicated team of fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists serving a high-volume, tertiary pediatric hospital within the nationally recognized Ochsner Health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care by abiding by Ochsner’s core values of Patients First, Integrity, Compassion, Inclusivity, Teamwork and Excellence.
• 100% Pediatric Radiology practice, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI, with minimal to no general radiology responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other members of the department clinical staff, including surgeons, oncologists, neurologists, and emergency medicine specialists.
• Engage in clinical leadership, quality initiatives, and ongoing growth of pediatric imaging services across the health system.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Radiology.
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric radiology experience.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.
• Passing score on the American Board of Radiology (ABR) examination.

Skills

• Excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills in pediatric radiology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
