Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate, patient-centered care in both the office and hospital settings.
• Maintains accurate and detailed medical records using E Clinical Works (ECW).
• Prescribes medication or therapy as necessary.
• Explains medical procedures and test results to patients.
• Collaborates with other doctors to address patient-specific needs.
• Serves on hospital Medical Staff and related committees.
• Works towards improving patient satisfaction scores and team member goals.
• Engages in business development and marketing activities to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Surgery.

Skills

• Knowledge of computer systems and applications, particularly ECW and Cerner Experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
