Physician - Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at Ochsner Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. The successful candidate will have completed a Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship or have equivalent experience and subspecialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Support a growing practice with all subspecialties
• Treatment of a wide range of cases, from common outpatient procedures to complex neonatal surgery and liver transplants
• Work in a supportive and collegial environment with great relationships with surgeons and other colleagues

Requirements

• Completed Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship or equivalent experience
• Subspecialty certification preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills

Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric anesthesia techniques
• Experience with neonatal and pediatric surgical procedures
• Ability to manage complex cases
