Physician: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the Role

LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia provides general, pediatric, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and other care centers in the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is a full-service non-profit acute care hospital, Level II Trauma Center, and teaching hospital with residency programs in multiple specialties. Surgical services include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncological, trauma, and robotic surgery.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $460,000
• Pediatric call stipend of $62,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Negotiable adult general call stipend up to $40,000
• Optional weekend call at $275–$300/hour

Pediatric at-home call required one-third of the year (call-in rate approximately 5–10%).

Requirements

• Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
• BLS/ALS/PALS certification
• Regional anesthesia skills (collaboration with the International Center for Limb Lengthening at Sinai Hospital)
