Requirements
- Successful completion of a ACGME Sleep Fellowship
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, PCC, and/or Sleep Medicine
- CAQ in Sleep Medicine
- Qualify for academic appointment at The Ohio State University – academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience.
