About the role
US Anesthesia Partners – Nevada (USAP-NV) is Nevada's largest physician-owned and led anesthesia practice, serving the Las Vegas metro community for over thirty years. We are seeking an anesthesiologist to join our established team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across leading hospitals and health systems in Las Vegas
- Participate in structured mentorship programs and dedicated early career support
- Engage in leadership development opportunities and attend national USAP leadership conferences
- Collaborate with a supportive and collegial team in a practice culture that values clinical excellence and personal growth
- Teach through our HCA Sunrise Health Residency Program, if desired
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training preferred for Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac roles
- Meet hospital credentialing requirements
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or have completed an accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board certification in Anesthesiology is preferred
- Fellowship training in Pediatric, Cardiac, or Pediatric Cardiac specialties is preferred

Pay
New hires typically earn an average compensation of around $650k, with earning potential up to $950k based on time off and shifts picked up. Highest earners in the group make more than $950k.
