Collaborating Physician

About the role

At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, we build trusted relationships to make people healthier. We're hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants you oversee.
• Provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) to health plan members, including a medication and medical history review, and a physical evaluation in their home.
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
• Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability.
• Opportunity for additional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests).
• Maintain malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments.

Qualifications

• Licensed in and living in South Carolina.
• Doctorate degree (required).
• SC Medical License (preferred).
