Collaborating Physician

About the role

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations in health plan member's home
• Use a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen
• Work flexible hours based on personal preferences and availability
• Opportunity for additional compensation via pay-per-test model
• Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments

Qualifications

• Licensed in and living in Alabama
• Doctorate degree required
• AL Medical License preferred
