Physician Part-time - (18hrs/weekly) - Dublin, VA

About the role

We provide high quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care, to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care.
• Enhance relationships with patients by having individual patient visits without time restrictions.
• Facilitate preventive care and proactively work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries.
• Work collaboratively with at least two or more Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $00,000 - $00,000/yr for an 18hrs a week schedule. The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
