Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional medical care in post-acute care settings
• Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to amplify patient outcomes
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for effective patient management
• Foster and maintain caring, empathetic relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Current Virginia medical license and active DEA registration
• Experience with and proficiency in EMR systems
