Physician - Otolaryngology

About the role

The Otolaryngology group at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is a five-physician team with expertise in General ENT, Head & Neck, Facial Plastics, and Neurotology. There is strong demand in General ENT, particularly in sinus and sleep surgery, offering opportunities to build a comprehensive practice.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a supportive environment with 6 Audiologists and 9 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in integrated care model across clinic, OR, and inpatient care.
• Develop and lead your own clinical team within the group.
• Utilize dedicated block time in the operating room with potential for expansion.
• Collaborate with other specialists including Audiologists and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Teach medical students and residents as part of the practice.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Current Medical License in North Dakota.
• Experience in General ENT and subspecialties such as Head & Neck, Facial Plastics, and Neurotology preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shared General ED/Hospital call of 1:8; Head & Neck and Neurotology provide subspecialty coverage; facial trauma coverage not required.
