Sanford Health in Bemidgi, MN is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a growing program.
High volume general ENT practice. Opportunity to provide sub-specialty services and customize your practice/OR block time – 2 days per week.
10 ORs, two audiologists, and one APP. Large primary care referral base. 142,000 service population. 118 bed hospital – 14 bed ICU. Level III trauma center.
Compensation
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $439,762 - $569,104 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
