We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting and decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Summary: The Muskogee VA Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Physician to fill our Otolaryngology vacancy. - Qualifications: includes basic requirements, etc. - Duties: includes description. - Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Available - Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This position is eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - a student loan payment reimbursement program... details. - Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases - Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME) - Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA - Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) - Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory - CME: Possible $1 -000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification) - Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided - Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting - Work Schedule: 07:30am-4:00pm on call - Contract Buy Out Program: This position may be eligible for the Physician / Provider Contract Buy Out Program (CBOP) - which authorizes VHA to buy out service contracts (Locum agreements - loan repayments - sign-on bonus contracts - Physician-owned practices) in exchange for employment at certain rural or highly rural facilities for a period of obligated service (minimum 4 years) - Additional info: contact email. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Qualifications" (basic requirements, preferred experience), "Benefits" (PTO, retirement, insurance, CME, malpractice, contract buy out, sign-on bonus, EDRP), "Pay" (competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases), "Schedule" (work schedule, on call). Also maybe "Skills" not present. We must not create sections with filler. All these have content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Physician". Use headings for sections. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like travel between Muskogee and Tulsa facilities, etc. We need to remove boilerplate like "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package", "VHA Physician Total Rewards", maybe those are headings but we can incorporate into benefits. We need to remove duplicated lines. We need to not include application instructions (like contact email? Actually contact email is part of CBOP info; we can keep as part of benefits or a note). The instruction says remove application instructions. The contact email is not exactly application instruction but maybe considered contact for CBOP. Might keep as part of CBOP description. We need to not include duplicated lines. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now, let's craft sections. Potential sections: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (duties) - Qualifications (basic requirements, preferred experience) - Benefits (sign-on bonus, EDRP, PTO, retirement, insurance, CME, malpractice, contract buy out) - Pay (competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases) - Schedule (work schedule, on call) We could also include "Licensure" as part of Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Each section should have substantive content. Now, we need to format. We'll produce something like:

      About the role

      Pay

Competitive salary with annual performance bonus and regular salary increases.

      Schedule

Standard work schedule: 07:30 am – 4:00 pm, with on‑call responsibilities.

We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "NOTE:" etc. We removed notes. We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. We kept travel info in responsibilities. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package". Not included. We need to ensure we didn't include any application instructions. The contact email for CBOP is part of CBOP description; we omitted the email to avoid being an instruction. Might be okay to keep generic description without email. The instruction says remove application instructions. The email is contact for CBOP manager; could be considered application instruction. Safer to omit. Thus we removed "For additional information and eligibility requirements - contact the VHA Contract Buy Out Program Manager at vacontractbuyoutprog@va.gov." Now check for any other minor metadata like "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/" That's a reference; we can drop as it's not substantive? It's a link for more info; could be considered minor metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We can drop it. Also "Physical Requirements: VA Directive and Handbook 5019 - applicants must be able to perform the duties as a staff physician/surgeon Independently mobilize (assistive device permitted) Hearing (aid permitted) Candidate must be able to communicate verbally." This is substantive physical requirements. Should we include? It's part of qualifications. We could add a bullet under Qualifications: "Must meet VA physical requirements: able to independently mobilize (assistive device permitted), hearing (aid permitted), and communicate verbally." We need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include that. Thus add bullet. Also "Proficiency in spoken and written English" we already have. Now also "History and physical - admission - workup - diagnosis - and provision of nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages presenting with illnesses - injuries - and disorders that affect the ears - the respiratory and upper alimentary systems - and related structures of the head and neck" appears both in qualifications and duties; we kept in duties. Now also "Diagnose Otolaryngology conditions and assisting and/or performing procedures in the operating room and clinical areas" etc. Now also "Assess and treat diseases of the Ear - Nose and Throat and surgical conditions" etc. Now also "Perform screening examinations - complete History & Physical exams and progress notes" etc. Now also "Perform basic diagnostic procedures" etc. Now also "Travel is required between Jack CMontgomery VA Medical Center - Tulsa Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic - and Tulsa James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center to perform duties" we included. Now also "Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Available" we included. Now also "Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This position is eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - a student loan payment reimbursement programYou must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointmentProgram Approval - award amount (up to $200 -000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the E
