About the role

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a team of exceptionally trained physicians in St. Joseph, MO. The Mosaic Ear, Nose, & Throat team is searching for an additional physician to join the current group of two physicians and one APRN. They are a collegial practice with a reputation for excellence, a requirement of extraordinary patient care, but also values a healthy work-life balance. Focus is on general ENT, pediatrics, sinus, nose, thyroid, ear infections, hearing loss or breathing problems.

Responsibilities

• Practice in state-of-the-art facilities with advanced technologies
• Treat a diverse patient population for professional growth and skill development
• Earn up to 150-200k for student loan repayment assistance
• Receive a starting bonus of 50k
• Enjoy 150-200k in total compensation, including a 50k starting bonus
• Work collectively with well-established referral resources
• Participate in outreach clinic coverage in Maryville and Albany

Requirements

Must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology

Pay

Starting base salary of 500k with a 2-year guarantee, with potential for additional income based on RVU production. Additional compensation for Trauma call coverage is also available.

Schedule

1:3 call coverage, equally rotated.
