About the Role
PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon with total joint or sports medicine training or experience to join our Orthopedic surgery team on the Oregon coast in Florence, Oregon. Peace Harbor is a Critical Access Level III Trauma center, one of only two Trauma centers located on the Oregon coast. We support a large catchment area providing a full scope of Orthopedic surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Support a large catchment area providing a full scope of Orthopedic surgeries
- 21 beds/4 IUC
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide the best outcomes for our patients and organization
Requirements
- Total joint or sports medicine training or experience
- Experience with hip, shoulder, wrist, ankle and knee surgeries
- Podiatry support
- Stable Surgery team
- Work/life balance
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Current Oregon Medical License
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
