Physician, Obstetrics & Gynecology - OBGYN

About the role

The successful candidate will join a well-established practice of 4 physicians and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife. This is a full-scope OB/GYN practice, offering a mix of office, OR, and obstetric services, with the opportunity for a focused practice. This position benefits from an academic affiliation with Maine Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine, providing the opportunity to teach both residents and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Full-scope OB/GYN practice with opportunities for focused practice
• Call is shared, with 1:4 weekend call
• Opportunity to grow and develop teaching and research experiences
• Work with both residents and medical students
• Participate in additional competitive loan repayment programs through NHSC
• Work with supportive, collaborative colleagues in a close-knit rural population

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of OB/GYN residency program
• ABOG Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• New Graduates Welcome!
