About the role

This opportunity is an employed position with NEA Baptist Clinic. The successful candidate will join a team of 5 full-time OBGYN Physicians and 2 GYN-only providers.

Responsibilities

• Practice at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR
• Join a supportive and physician-friendly administration team and medical staff
• Participate in the OB/GYN Hospitalist program with minimal primary hospital call
• Treat a large referral base averaging 100 deliveries per month
• Work a 4.5-day work week

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Arkansas
• Experience in a busy practice setting preferred

Qualifications

• Competitive compensation package including a $400k base guarantee for two years, then a production model with greater earning potential
• $80K student loan reimbursement
• $2K monthly resident stipend and sign-on bonus options available
• $10K relocation reimbursement
• $5K/year CME allowance
