Join a large, well-established multi-specialty group with 53 physicians across 11 clinics in a resort city on the border of Arizona and California. Easy access to San Diego, CA and Las Vegas, NV.
Practice structure
- Shared home call structure; 1–2 weeknight calls per week and 1 weekend call per month
- Flexible, negotiable schedule based on provider preference for clinic, OR, or delivery volume
- Robust midlevel support; PAs, CNMs, and NPs embedded in all clinic locations
- Da Vinci Robotics available; robotics experience a plus and supports higher bonus potential
- Productivity-based and discretionary bonuses available
- Option to pick up GYN hospitalist call for additional compensation while on OB call
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN candidates encouraged to apply
