Physician - Obstetrics & Gynecology
About the role
Join a group of 17 physicians. Support staff includes Genetic Counselors, NPs, PAs, and Certified Nurse Midwives. Supportive specialties include two Gyn/Onc physicians, three MFM physicians, one REI physician and one Uro/Gyn physician. Laborist Model with 24-hour in-house coverage of all partners’ patients. Call is approximately 48 hours as a Laborist per month, either 12 hour or 24 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
Compensation floor of $410,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
Qualifications
Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Based on data from last 3 years, estimated that members in the group have the ability to earn an average of $505,000 from personally performed wRVUs after practice is established.
