About the role

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients, ensuring continuity in assessment and treatment
• Collaborate with hospital administrators on budget and strategic planning
• Supervise and evaluate the practice location's staff as needed
• Contribute to the recruitment efforts for additional healthcare providers
• Engage in utilization management and quality improvement projects
• Participate in community benefit programs and educational activities
• Provide on-call coverage for patient care issues as necessary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license in New York State
• Strong clinical experience in managing OBGYN patient care
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare administrators and staff
• Experience in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

$200,000 – $300,000 annually
