Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Idaho
• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency and the State of Idaho
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System

Qualifications

• Collaborative team of 8 physicians, 4 APPs and a dedicated RN partner in Mountain Home, ID
• Collaborative team of 9 physicians, 4 APPs and a dedicated RN partner in Twin Falls, ID
• Collaborative team of 4-5 physicians and 6 CNM's in Nampa, ID
• Collaborative team of 6-8 physicians and 2 APP's in Meridian, ID
• Collaborative team of 11-12 physicians and 6 APPs in Boise, ID
