The Opportunity
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians to join their team. The position is based at Holy Cross Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Maryland, a primary stroke center with a quiet community hospital feel.
About the Role
Holy Cross Germantown Hospital is a 110-bed facility with a 15-bed closed ICU. It has an annual patient volume of 38,000 and sees 18 encounters per day. The hospital is equipped to handle Code Blue situations, Rapid Response, and Stroke calls, with Hospitalists managing these services and Appraisers providing Observing and Reporting Services (OBS).
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in a busy, high-volume setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care
- Contribute to the hospital's reputation for excellence in stroke care
Requirements
- Current MD state license
- Board Eligible/Certified in Hospital Medicine

Pay
Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
