Physician - Moonlighter - Urgent Care - United Health Centers - Fresno - Milburn

About the role

Vituity is seeking urgent care physicians to join their team as moonlighters. This opportunity offers autonomy, local control, and a national system of support, allowing providers to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients at United Health Centers locations in Fresno, California.
• Perform minor procedures including lacerations, I&D's, simple foreign body removal, Ear lavage, and simple tweezer/splinting.
• Offer basic point of care testing such as rapid strep, UTI, glucose, and COVID.
• Utilize on-site pharmacy, lab, and imaging services.
• Work flexible hours, including weekdays from 12pm-9pm and weekends from 9am-5:30pm.
• May qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program.
• A current CA state license is preferred but not required.
• Candidates interested in an academic setting with current residents are encouraged to apply.
• Providers will be cross-credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.
• Up to $50k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency.
