The Role

Join a vibrant urgent care center in Patterson, California, known as the "Apricot Capital of the World." This 5-room facility offers a unique blend of urban amenities and rural charm, providing a supportive environment for both patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Utilize Epic EMR for efficient documentation and patient management
• Offer on-site testing including rapid strep, rapid covid, POC UA, POC pregnancy, POC glucose, POC Hgb, and EKG
• Participate in a purpose-driven culture focused on improving the lives of patients, communities, and employees

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired
• A current CA state license is a plus

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a busy clinic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
