Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team. We offer an ownership model that provides autonomy, local control, and national support, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine services at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital
• Work in a STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center with thrombectomy capacity
• Treat a high volume of patients annually, with 30% pediatric cases
• Benefit from sub-specialty backup including PICU, NICU, Peds, OB/GYN, Burn center, Plastics, and Hyperbarics

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program
• A current CA state license is preferred

• Strong clinical skills and experience in emergency medicine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and community health

Pay

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency
