Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult patients at three detention centers in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Work in a multi-site system with 5 exam rooms and 16 units, including an on-site dialysis suite and suicide watch.
• Support a separate mental health facility with psychiatrists for treatment.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, with varying weekend work hours.
• Operate within a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and sunny summers.

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program.
• A current CA state license is preferred.
• DEA Licensure is required.
• CCHP-P Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in correctional health care is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services is advantageous.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Flexible schedule with varying weekend work hours.
