We must not create sections with filler. So we need to see if each section has substantive content. - About the role: we have summary describing role, reporting line, time split. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have duties list (the bullet list). That's substantive. - Requirements/Qualifications: we have basic requirements (citizenship, degree, license, residency, English proficiency) plus preferred experience (board certified, BLS/ACLS). Also physical requirements. That's substantive. - Skills: maybe we could include preferred experience as skills? But we could also incorporate into Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those with content. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But they are separate headings; we could include both if they have distinct content. However the posting lumps qualifications and requirements together. Could we put all under "Qualifications" and skip "Requirements"? Or we could put basic requirements under "Requirements" and preferred experience under "Skills". That seems reasonable. - Benefits: we have VA total rewards package, recruitment/relocation incentives (sign-on bonus), insurance, retirement, etc. That's substantive. - Pay: we have Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases. That's substantive. - Schedule: we have Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. That's substantive. We must not include sections like "Skills" if we don't have specific skill list; but we have preferred experience (Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, BLS required/ACLS desirable). Those could be considered skills or qualifications. We'll put them under "Skills". Also maybe include "Proficiency in spoken and written English" as skill. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "PATIENT ALIGNED CARE TEAM (PACT) MEDICAL DIRECTOR". We'll just use content. We must remove boilerplate: repeated lines like "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards packageVHA Physician Total Rewards" appears twice; we should keep only once. Also duplicated location list maybe keep once. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like numbers of days leave, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for any duplicated content: we kept location details? We omitted location list because it's not under a specific heading but could be part of About the role? The summary didn't include location list; it's later in duties section: "The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is a two-division campus located in Cincinnati - Ohio and Fort Thomas - Kentucky serving 15 counties...". That's substantive info about location. Should we include it? It's part of duties description maybe. Could add to About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about the medical center location, we could add a paragraph under About the role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include location details. Where to put? Could add to About the role after the time split sentence. Let's incorporate: "The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is a two‑division campus located in Cincinnati, Ohio and Fort Thomas, Kentucky, serving 15 counties in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana with six Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Bellevue, KY; Florence, KY; Lawrenceburg, IN; Hamilton, OH; Clermont County, OH; and Georgetown, OH. The center also has two off‑main campus locations (Eye Center and Mental Health Outreach Community Division) and an onsite Community Living Center." We'll add that as a paragraph.
