About the Role
inFORME healthcare is seeking a part-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to serve as a Medical Director in a skilled rehab setting. This opportunity is located at a busy Inpatient Skilled Rehab Center in South Bend, IN, offering excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling.
Weekly coverage is 1-2 days per week, with shifts averaging 2-3 hours depending on efficiency. The position includes full-time APP support for managing patients, addressing real-time status changes, new admission preparation, and call.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.

- Monthly medical director stipend.

Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
